Sūrya Namaskāra (Sun Salutation)
Sūryanamaskāra (Sun Salutation) is best to be practiced early morning facing towards the sun. Ideally this should be practiced twelve times (repeating twelve names/ mantras of Lord Sun).
Stand erect at the top of your yoga mat. Knees straight and arms relaxed next to your body.
Inhale deeply to begin with Step 1 to Step 12.

2. Om Ravaye Namah
3. Om Suryaya Namah
4. Om Bhanave Namah
5. Om Khagaya Namah

6. Om Pushne Namah
